ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jennifer Tinsley - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jennifer Tinsley - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Meeting agency sales growth goals.
- Initiating sales lead generation and communication.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in sales preferred.
- Self-starter in sales and lead generation.
- Property, Casualty, Life and Health Licensing preferred. If not, must be willing to get licensing.
- Base salary plus commission plus bonus opportunities.
Compensation: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
